What the AI never does
No invented numbers
Preheat, ranges and acceptance criteria come from your WPS and client specification, never from an AI guess.
No test data
PQRs, NDT results and test reports are never generated. Only real results are recorded.
No final sign-off
AI output is always a draft. Only your qualified engineer can approve it.

Frequently asked questions
Is the AI demo free?
Yes. AI Quick Entry and the AI Form Filler are free to use in beta. They run in your browser, so nothing you type is uploaded.
Can I trust values the AI fills in?
The AI only places your values into fields. Preheat, ranges and acceptance criteria come from your WPS and client specification, fixed rules check them, and every output is marked Draft until your engineer approves it.
Will WeldDocPro ever generate PQR or NDT results?
No. PQRs require physical testing and NDT results come only from the NDT report. Creating or altering test data is not a feature and is prohibited in our terms.
When will the full platform be available?
The full platform — log-in, project set-up, welder register, WPS library, weld log and five AI-filled documents with PDF and Excel export — is planned for a beta in 2027. Join early access to be invited first.
Is my project data kept private?
In the full platform each company's data is kept separate, served over HTTPS and backed up daily. Please do not paste confidential client documents into the free browser demo.
