The rules for using WeldDocPro templates, services and AI tools.
Last updated: November 2026. These are plain-language starting drafts and should be reviewed by a legal professional for your country and customers (for example GDPR if you sell to Europe).
Templates
Each purchase gives one company a licence to use and edit the file internally. You may not resell, share publicly or redistribute it.
Services
Scope, price and delivery are agreed in writing before work starts. One revision is included unless stated otherwise.
AI tools
AI output is a draft. It places the information you provide into templates and runs rule checks; it does not replace engineering judgement. You are responsible for reviewing and approving every document before use.
Professional responsibility
Templates, documents and AI drafts support your quality system. They do not replace the applicable code, client specification or the review and approval of your qualified engineer, inspector or certifying body. We do not create or alter test data, PQRs, NDT results or certificates, and using our tools to create false records is prohibited.
Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
