Privacy policy
WeldDocPro ("we") respects your privacy.

What we collect
Your name, email, company and the project details you send through our forms; order details when you buy a template. Payments are processed by our payment provider — we never see or store your card details.
Why
To reply to enquiries, deliver orders and services, send the free templates you request, and, only if you opt in, send occasional emails about new templates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
AI tools
The AI Quick Entry and AI Form Filler demos run in your browser; what you type is not uploaded to us. Please do not enter confidential client information.
Your files
Project documents you share are used only to deliver the agreed work and are deleted on request after the project ends. We do not share them with anyone.
Third parties
Our website host (Hostinger), email and payment providers process data on our behalf. We do not sell your data.
Cookies
Basic cookies needed for the site and store to work, and analytics only with your consent.
Your rights
Ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing hello@welddocpro.com.
