Last updated: November 2026. These are plain-language starting drafts and should be reviewed by a legal professional for your country and customers (for example GDPR if you sell to Europe).
Digital templates
Because files are delivered instantly, sales are final. If a file is damaged, won't open, or is materially different from its description, email us within 14 days and we will fix it, replace it or refund you.
Services
If we haven't started, you get a full refund. Once a draft is delivered, we will revise it to match the agreed scope; refunds after delivery are considered case by case.
Marketplace orders
Orders through Upwork, Fiverr or Etsy follow that platform's refund rules.
